Finished Self Dialogue
This was a fun assignment which allowed everyone in the class to be creative in their self dialogue. Although this was not my favorite painting, my hard work payed off. I hope that people will get the main idea of my painting and be able to see that both girls are me. I usually don't think about my dynamic personality which allowed room for interpretation in creating the project. I think I would be happiest with this idea than my previous ideas. The first painting started was small and did not describe my personality the way this painting did. The girl on the right may not look exactly like me, but has my look. Overall I am happy with the outcome of my painting.

I like they way you are thinking about this. I agree with your last post too but I don't think the right side figure is unrealistic, It is very naturalistic and has realism even if it is not a perfect likeness, both things are hugely challenging (realism and personal likeness)so certainly give yourself a pat on the back! I think you should submit this to the National Scholastic art and writing awards...
